Project Results

  • The project aims to create a user-friendly mobile application designed to help university students improve their mental and physical well-being. This platform will integrate educational materials such as videos, e-books, podcasts, and wellness challenges. Students will be able to access resources focusing on managing digital fatigue, physical activity, and stress relief techniques.
  • Expected Outcome: A fully integrated digital hub, offering students easy access to a range of wellness tools and educational content. This will be supported by a back-end system designed to manage registrations and allow tailored content delivery for each student.
  • Workshops and webinars will be organized to facilitate discussions on mental wellness, stress management, and the impact of digital fatigue on students. These events will provide practical strategies to students and educators on how to handle digital overload and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
  • Multiplier Event:
A hybrid multiplier event will be conducted to present the project’s outcomes to a wider audience. This will include educators, students, and policymakers, ensuring that the project’s findings and tools are promoted and adopted in various educational settings.
  • Expected Outcome:
Increased visibility and adoption of the project’s wellness tools and methodologies in university settings across Europe. These events will also collect valuable feedback for further refining the project.
  • The project will develop 10 educational videos and interactive e-books addressing digital fatigue, physical activity, and mental health challenges unique to the modern student.
  • These materials will serve as the core educational resources, available for students to access via the platform.
  • Expected Outcome:
A comprehensive digital library of multimedia content, providing accessible and diverse resources for students to improve their well-being and better manage the challenges of the digital age.
  • Training sessions will be held to equip at least 30 educators with the tools and knowledge to use the UniWell platform and its resources.
  • Educators will learn to integrate well-being practices into their teaching, helping students balance academic pressures and digital interactions.
  • Expected Outcome:
A trained cohort of educators capable of delivering well-being support using the platform’s content and helping students manage the stress and challenges associated with modern education.
  • The project will generate a variety of dissemination materials such as blog posts, social media content, articles, and press releases. These will be used to share updates on the project’s progress and promote the available resources across a wide audience.
  • Expected Outcome: Increased engagement and awareness of the project through digital and traditional channels, encouraging uptake of the platform’s wellness tools and the strategies it promotes.
  • The project will conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess the effectiveness of the resources provided. This will allow the project team to refine and improve the tools and content based on real-world student and educator experiences.
  • Expected Outcome: Continuous refinement of the platform and its resources, ensuring they meet the needs of the students and provide relevant, effective support.
