The first meeting of the UniWell project took place on May 9-10, 2024, hosted by Yıldız Technical University (YTU) in Istanbul. Representatives from project partners came together to discuss the project’s overall objectives and outcomes. Key activities, such as content creation, workshops, and platform development, were outlined, and a roadmap was established, detailing the timeline for the project’s first year.

During the meeting, the team also focused on communication strategies, collaboration methods, and the distribution of tasks. The project’s budget and resource allocation were reviewed, and potential risks were identified with solutions discussed. The next steps include finalizing educational materials and organizing upcoming workshops, ensuring a smooth launch for the platform and its activities.
