The 4th Transnational Partners Meeting of the UniWell Project took place from 20 to 22 November 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal, hosted by Universidade de Lisboa at the Faculty of Human Kinetics (Faculdade de Motricidade Humana). The meeting gathered all project partners to review final project results, align on remaining activities, and ensure a coordinated closure of the project.
During the meeting, partners worked intensively on the following work packages:
- WP1 – Evaluation, Risk Analysis & Project Management
Sessions covered evaluation processes, risk analysis, milestones, financial and administrative management, including reporting requirements, deadlines, and timesheet procedures. - WP2 – Lesson Plans & Educational Materials
Final results were reviewed with a focus on the design, structure, and format of educational materials, and responsibilities for the last implementation steps were clarified. - WP3 – Mobile Applications & Digital Content
Progress on the mobile apps, content integration, and presentations was shared. Technical aspects and final delivery steps were discussed among partners. - WP4 – Videos, E-Book & Podcasts
Partners engaged in hands-on working groups to finalize multimedia outputs, including videos, e-books, and podcasts, ensuring quality and consistency across materials. - WP5 – Dissemination
Dissemination strategies and communication activities were reviewed to maximize the visibility and impact of project results.
On the final day, a student feedback session under WP4 was organized, allowing students to provide direct input on the developed digital learning materials. The meeting concluded with a final wrap-up, agreement on follow-up actions, and confirmation of next steps.
