The third transnational meeting of the UniWell project was held from April 28 to 30, 2025, hosted by the University of Palermo in Italy. The meeting brought together all project partners to review progress on intellectual outputs, clarify technical details, and collaboratively plan the second phase of the project.
During the first two days, partners gathered at the Department of Physics and Chemistry at the University of Palermo. The agenda focused on several key work packages:
- WP2 (Lesson Plans & Educational Materials): Final content and course design elements were presented, covering modules such as breathing, meditation, and body awareness techniques.
- WP3 (Mobile App & Platform Development): Partners shared progress on the platform infrastructure and visual design; timelines and technical considerations were reviewed.
- WP4 (E-Book, Videos, Podcasts): Detailed planning sessions took place on digital content creation, design formats, and visual materials.
- WP5 (Dissemination, Evaluation, Financial Monitoring): Updates on communication strategies, risk analysis, and overall project management were discussed.
- Roles and responsibilities for the second year of the project were clarified among partners.
On the final day, a student workshop was organized at the University Sports Center (CUS Palermo), engaging university students in creative movement and well-being activities. The workshop included energizing ice-breakers, physical exercises, and group reflections co-led by YTU, ABU, and ULisboa.
